HOWARD, Harold A. Harold A .Howard "Peter," 47, of Windsor departed this life Wednesday, (March 3, 2010). He was born in Kingston, Jamaica, on March 16, 1962. He graduated from Weaver High School; he received his Associate in Automotive Technology and his Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Technology Management at Benjamin Franklin Institute, Boston, MA. He served in the United States Air force. He leaves to mourn a mother, Pauline Jones; a daughter, Takai Howard; a sister, Sandra Hewan-Stitchell and a brother-in-law, Godfrey Stitchell of New Jersey; grandparents, Marie and Sydney McKain of Hartford; five aunts, Carmen Wood of Bloomfield, Marva Jones of West Hartford, Lorraine Jones of California, Delores Grant of Boston, Elaine Speller of Canada; two uncles, Lloyd McKain of Hartford, Oliver McKain of Bloomfield; nephew and wife, Demeso and Ebony Howard of New York and a host of cousins, family and friends. He was predeceased by a brother, Donovan Howard. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Home, 94 Granby St., Bloomfield, CT. Calling hours 10 a.m. and the memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Bloomfield. The family wishes to thank everyone for their tremendous support during this difficult time.
